Refund Policy

AlkaBurn carries a 60-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.

What the guarantee covers

The guarantee runs for 60 days from purchase and covers dissatisfaction with your results or your overall experience.

Confirm the exact terms. Some third-party sources describe the guarantee wording inconsistently across the brand's own pages. Get the complete refund terms, including any return-shipping requirements, from customer support in writing before ordering.

How to request a refund

Contact the official store directly with your order number, within the 60-day window, and request a return authorization before sending anything back.
