AlkaBurn contains approximately 138mg of Caffeine Anhydrous per capsule, plus additional natural caffeine from Green Tea Extract and Green Coffee Bean Extract, bringing the total to roughly 140-145mg — comparable to a strong cup of coffee. Not suitable for anyone avoiding stimulants. Count this toward your total daily caffeine intake.
